The house was as advertised (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage). It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We had an issue with VRBO, not with Jerard. They did not send us the code to get into the house. When we asked Jerard about the code, he responded quickly and gave it to us. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.
