PLEASE BE AWARE OF RULES
1. NO PARTIES, if observed partying, cops will be called and you will leave with NO REFUND
2. QUIET HOURS 6am to 10pm BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBORS, they have our number.
3. NO unexpected GUESTS during QUIET HOURS, that are not on the booking.
4. NO SHOES on Carpet
5. NO PETS
6. NO SMOKING in HOUSE PERIOD 300 clean fee if smells of Marijuana or cigarettes.
7. YOU CAN Smoke on front porch, PLEASE put BUTTS in the ashtray provided. IF WE HAVE to pick up any butts we will charge a $100 fee.
8. DO NOT Tamper with CAMERAS on the outside of house, DO NOT STAND in front of doorbell CAMERA. IF observed doing this we will come and have a visit and you could be asked to leave with NO REFUND.
9. We ask that you be respectful of our property and are very laid back and flexible. We live close to the property and can help with anything you may need.
10. PLEASE reach out if you need extra supplies or any other concerns, we want you to have an enjoyable stay and want you to return. WE TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUS and you are never bothering us. PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out via phone call, text or through the app.

House and beds were comfortable and close to the airport for an overnight stay before we drove to the mountains for skiing. It was convenient drive into Denver for a baseball game and we enjoyed a local brewery for dinner.

Felt like home

From the moment we inquired about the property we felt like it was going to be a wonderful stay. The home was absolutely beautiful in a very nice and quiet area. The host was always available and responsive whenever we had questions. This was one of the first properties that my family and I said it truly was our home away from home. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and spacious. We will definitely choose this property when visiting Denver.
