Pictures tell a thousand words, and the pictures tell the story of this property - packed with activities, loaded with amenities, and a vibe that comes through in the photos: colorful and energetic, but serene and private. Lauren was "Up State" nice and very helpful in all communications and would come back again, and tell others to do the same...love the area and this is a beautiful home base to explore from.

We loved this house! The decor was amazing and the living room was really cozy for movies. We noticed all of the little touches and really loved them. Check in and check out were extremely easy and hosts were responsive. Would definitely book again!

Everything about the property was really great! All the interior amenities - washer/dryer, dishwasher and sink, and pots and pans were good quality and very clean! Outside was wonderful as well! Lovely scenery and the deck / hot tub area are great. We enjoyed many fires in the fire pit that had a nice pile of wood, included. Plenty of outdoor games (check the garage) in addition to the basketball / pickleball court. The owner was very attentive as well and happily addressed our inquiries. Be sure to read the digital guidebook - it’s super helpful!You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

We had a very nice time at the A-frame. You can tell the owners pay a lot of attention to the details and had everything we needed and more! Things like yoga mats, outdoor and indoor games, and all kinds of pots and pans, as well as cooking implements like a mixer and milkshake maker were great. The decor is impeccably done and adds a nice eclectic style to the house. The location was convenient to Skaneateles, which was where we spent a good amount of our time. We would definitely return.
