Located in the Towamensing Trails Community
Once registration is submitted, you will be granted temporary membership to the community including car tags for the amenities and trash compactors.

Primary renter agrees to all rules and regulations set forth by the Towamensing Trails Community including, but not limiting to:

-no outdoor fires nor fireworks
-primary renter must be at least 25 years of age
- speed limit and parking regulations
- pets must remain on leashes outdoors
- trash must be dropped off at community compactors
- 8 wristbands for amenities included in your stay (additional are available for purchase - amenity availability is not guaranteed)

Other rules to note:
- only disclosed guests allowed at property
- no parties
- no illegal substances
- smoking outdoors only and not within 10 feet of open windows or doors
