Highly recommend staying here- house was very clean and comfortable and had everything you would need. Enjoyed the screened in porch and also played in the yard with the kids (who are teenagers) and there was a great fishing spot a few minutes away from the house. We were dropping off our daughter to Kansas State and opted for a house over a hotel. K-State was about 10 minutes from the house which was close and convenient for us- yet very peaceful and relaxing away from the busy streets

The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The screened in back porch is extremely inviting and relaxing. We had a great stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend the Gathering Place when visiting Manhattan. Enjoyed the quiet, peaceful setting. We talked about how much we missed the beautiful cottonwood trees after hearing the leaves in the wind. Really liked the layout of the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and laundry/bath. Comfortable home furnishings makes it even more special. Coffee on the back porch in the mornings watching the birds and squirrels was great experience. Top quality amenities with everything you need make it truly a wonderful stay. We've stayed in several VRBO homes in Kansas and south/central Texas. This place is one of the best!

Ana the owner was extremely responsive and attended to our every need. We had a great stay and it was perfect for our family. It is an adorable house with lots of space for everyone to spread out. We loved having tons of extra towels and a darling sun porch to sit out and look at the beautiful backyard and enjoy the weather. Location was awesome. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

The house was great! Great location close to campus. Clean and stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with the owner and let us check in a little early. Loved that we were able to bring our furry friends along. The only complaint I could make was the mosquitos in the yard were terrible so if you want to enjoy the beautiful yard or have animals coming along, pack bug spray. Thanks for the stay!
