Step into the main floor, featuring an open-concept design that includes a spacious living area (please note, the fireplace is currently non-functional), a well-appointed kitchen, and a dining area. This level opens onto a generous balcony offering stunning views of the Mt. Crested Butte ski area. Additional conveniences include a half bath and ample closet space, perfect for storing gear, groceries, or other essentials.
Descending to the lower level, you'll find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom, and a luxurious soaking tub with breathtaking mountain views.
The second bedroom features a bunk bed setup with a queen-sized bottom bunk and an XL twin top bunk, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. The third bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed. Each room provides picturesque views of Mt. Crested Butte and the surrounding natural beauty. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, alongside a laundry nook equipped with starter supplies for your convenience.
This property includes a single garage space suitable for a mid-sized vehicle, as well as two off-street parking spaces.
The ski lift is approximately a 5-10 minute walk (obv more with littles!), or you can take advantage of the First Tracks Shuttle Service, which will transport you and your gear to the base area effortlessly.
**DISCLOSURES**
PARKING: One mid-sized vehicle can be parked in the garage and two small to mid-sized vehicles may park in the driveway. 4WD/AWD recommended in winter.
PET DISCLOSURE: We are not able to accept pets of any kind, sorry! You will be assessed a $500.00 fine if you are found to be in violation of this rule.
AIR CONDITIONING DISCLOSURE: There is no AC in this property. AC is extremely rare in Gunnison County. We encourage you to use windows, balconies, fans, etc. to cool off during the rare hot day in Crested Butte.
STAIRS DISCLOSURE: This property features a staircase to access all three bedrooms on the lower level of the property.
CBMR DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2024/2025 Season on November 27th. Closing day is typically the first weekend in April, official date to be announced.
