We loved staying at Pippa’s Place! It was exceptionally clean and welcoming, with upscale appliances/features throughout the accommodation. All of the beds were-super comfortable with the best selection of pillows we’ve seen! It’s a very short walk to the shops/restaurants in The Barlow and the trail system, too. Highly recommend a stay here!

Great location, fabulous, clean, new rental house. This property is easily walkable to restaurants and shops of Sebastopol- A fun town to explore that matched the creative and relaxed atmosphere of Napa we were looking for. It was an excellent hub for exploring the greater Napa Valley, too. I highly recommend Pippa’s Place!

Pippa’s Place was perfect! The location is fabulous. There are so many great places near by. We walked everywhere and only used a car when venturing out of Sebastopol. The house was clean and well maintained. It is spacious; there was ample room for all 6 adults and any visitors that stopped by to say hello. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms so everyone had access to one without waiting. The kitchen had everything we needed when we opted to prepare meals at “home.” Check in was a breeze. We had no issues during our stay. Any communication with Matthieu was easy and he was always quick to reply. I highly recommend Pippa’s Place and I would definitely stay there again!

House was clean. Didn’t seem like the A/C was full functioning in the master bedroom. Backyard/Outdoor area was not clean. Beds were comfortable and Matt was extremely responsive. Need to put better instructions on the locking unlock process. Overall very pleased and great location near food, drinks and shops

We loved our stay at Pippa's Place! The location was perfect. Very short walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. There were a lot of modern amenities. It had a well stocked kitchen with many condiments and spices. The number of bedrooms, beds, and full bathrooms made it very easy for our group of friends to be comfortable. The parking situation was easy with room for 2 cars in the driveway and another car on the street. The owners were friendly and responsive to communications. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Such a beautiful home! This newly renovated home is amazing. It’s very clean, and has such a comfortable feeling the minute you walk in. Love the layout and all the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is new and very well organized, they even have a wine mini fridge for all the wine you will want to drink while there. Great location and easy to access restaurants and bars. We will make this our second home every time we come back to visit family there!

The property was very nice and had many upgraded amenities you don’t normally find in a rental. A very welcoming space with plenty of room for our group ( 2 couples) to use in the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Bedrooms were huge with ample hanging and drawer space for clothing. And the location was walkable to restaurants and grocers in town. We had a wonderful stay!
