The layout of the condo unit was spacious, great views of the beach, nice balcony with table set, lots of extra towels- we really appreciated the 2 beach chair & umbrella set up included with this rental!For those looking to use the the property pool - it is a little out of the way, but we were there for the beach & ocean. Side note to renters- no restrooms on the main floor to use while at the beach. One needs to return to their room unit.

Condo 2063 Shoreline Towers needs repair of floors. Areas of floor raising up--someone could trip and get hurt. Curtains in den and bedroom would not open. Bed in MBR uncomfortable.

There were many pros on this property, but i have to start with the cons, because they were BIG ones.1. My car was hit and run in the gated parking lot the first night, causing 8,000 damage. Even after getting the police report and doing everything the HOA asked, they would not review the footage that they confirmed they had to determine who had hit me. Now I am out my 1,000 deductible 800 rental car expenses. For the additional 1500 I could have stayed somewhere much nicer and not had to deal with car repairs upon return home. The police officer told me this is A VERY COMMON PROBLEM. She had just been there two weeks earlier and the HOA did nothing to help that person either.2. Twice during our 5 night stay maintenance people appeared in our condo and on our patio (adjacent to the bedroom window where i was changing) unannounced. Very off-putting to have strangers appear, especially the first time when our 15 year old was home alone.Pros: View and ocean access are beautiful. The beach is beautiful and the condo comes with beach chair service included. We loved being able to easily go back and forth from the condo to the beach and the pool. My kids especially loved hunting for ghost crabs at night on the beach.

We checked into the condo on June 28th. We flew in and had to rent a car to drive to the condo and didn’t have the tag number ahead of time. Upon arriving at the condo, the security guard was the rudest person I feel like I have ever encountered and felt like he hated his job. I asked him a question about giving him my tag number to be able to go through the right lane and he responded with, I don’t know you should have already done that and walked back in the guard shack and shut the door. Other than that we had a wonderful experience except not knowing that there were no condiments or spices at the Condo. We are used to renting places that have those things, not ever realizing that some places do not allow that. Your place was nice and clean and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much.
