The bathroom is fully stocked with towels and basic essentials for your comfort.

Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find Puerto Nuevo Beach, known for its crystal-clear waters and welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the view.

Check-Out:
Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when you leave the property. Also, close the windows, lock the doors, and return the keys. Guests will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys.

No Additional Guests/Parties:
Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than indicated in the reservation. If this rule is broken, the guest will be required to vacate the property immediately with no right to a refund.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property.

No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving a smell of cigarette and/or cannabis smoke inside will result in a $100 penalty fee.

Bedding/Towels:
Bed linens and bath towels are included in the rental. Bath towels should not be taken outside the property. Please do not eat in bed or sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothing.

Bathroom:
Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Please use the trash bin instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.

Damages:
Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages to the property.

Parking:
Please park in the designated parking space.

Power Outages:
In the event of power outages beyond our control during your stay, no refunds will be issued. The same applies to interruptions in Wi-Fi service due to causes outside of our control.
