The screened-in porch is dreamy for morning coffee listening to the birds, then watching the game with family and friends on the outdoor TV after you pull the burgers off of the grill. And for those that can't fully "unplug" during their stay, the home has an ideal office space with a working monitor, printer, and your basic office supply needs. This home is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed for maximum comfort with generous amenities and fully stocked to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load/run the dishwasher, take out the trash (black trash can on east side of house), strip used beds and put linens/towels in the hamper in the laundry room (if bed was not used, leave as is!)
If you use the grill, PLEASE clean it afterwards so it is clean and usable for the next guest! There is a safe grill brush underneath the grill.
Please lock the front door and exit via the side door, locking the door using the code issued upon check-in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
