Simple, light-filled, meticulously cared-for, eclectic cottage like setting, house provides free cable Wi-fi, comfort with large seating area, spacious lanai, ping-pong table, chic and cozy living/dinning space, original art, outdoor shower, dock to lounge, paddle board and all comfort. We love our place and come here to relax and enjoy the nature, water and beautiful Naples. While this is an original Florida home, it has been completely renovated and all interior is completely redone to reflect the modern living. the furniture is high quality with the tropical feel and while simple if provides comfort and generous space to enjoy. The bathrooms and rooms are filled with light, have french doors and a character of tropical cottage. We have high quality AC unit with UV light imbedded to prevent mold growth; it is remotely operated. You will see plenty of original art mostly created by my father, my brother and friends who stayed in the cottage over the years. We have a wonderful selection of CDs, books, game. There is currently no TV set but we can get one for you if interested.

We love the proximity to all Naples has to offer and at the same time, the property is uniquely tucker in on dead-end street on the Gordon River. House is surrounded by mature trees to keep guests protected from heat and sun.
