We were welcomed and shown all of the amenities. Everything was more than we expected from the view to the well stocked bathrooms and bedroom. The icing on the cake was that we were able to witness a launch from the cape.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled that you enjoyed the amenities and found everything to your liking. It was a pleasure welcoming you to the property, but we have to agree—witnessing a launch from the Cape right from the dock is an experience that’s hard to beat! We’re so glad the timing worked out perfectly for your stay. We would love to host you again for another front-row seat to the space program!

Why they chose this property

Best of Both Worlds: We wanted to give couples and solo travelers the rare opportunity to enjoy a sprawling, private luxury estate without paying full 4-bedroom prices! By keeping the extra bedrooms locked, you get the entire pool, dock, and chef’s kitchen completely to yourself in total privacy, at a fraction of the cost.

What makes this property unique

The greatest benefit of booking this layout is the sheer amount of private space and luxury you get for the price. Instead of renting a cramped condo, you get a sprawling riverfront home, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, a private pool, and a custom dock completely to yourself. It’s the ultimate, private front-row seat to the area's incredible marine life and historic space launches, offering an unforgettable coastal retreat
