Majestic views of Donner Lake on the South side. No shortage of stairs if you are looking to get some exercise at elevation. The South Side is shady which is perfect if the temperature is warm. Definitely consider staying there again in the future. The private dock was well used by all.

Lots & lots of stairs. Not well equipped for any senior. Beds were comfy.... not suited for those with height issues. 5'3. Need a footstool. Special shout out to Ali. She made us feel super welcome. Really really nice representative. Kitchen well equipped.,Super clean home.

The property needs a lot of maintenance. The double pane sliders fog up between the glass, the ice maker and spa weren’t working, the main floor bathroom sink leaks, the couch is really saggy, the parking spaces are small and getting down the driveway requires a 3 point turn. Also don’t pack a lot of heavy items because the entry stairs were much steeper and taller than they looked in pictures. The surrounding area was beautiful but I didn’t feel that the house was worth the price and I’m shocked that it was rated 10 out of 10. Tahoe Mountain Properties was very responsive when we needed assistance because the next door neighbor’s alarm went off 10 times on our first day there.

Excellent stay! The house had everything we needed and was perfectly located. It was so beautiful and picturesque looking out from the living room to the lake. And we absolutely loved waking up every morning with that gorgeous view of the lake.

We had an amazing stay. The view was breathtaking and everyone had a great time. There was something for everyone from parents over children to our dog. We had some snow still, but this property must be a gem during the summer too. We are definitively considering to come back.

We loved our stay! We came with another family. Everyone loved being right on the water. The location was perfect! The house was lovely and plenty of room for all of us. Just a short drive into Truckee. The views were amazing. We enjoyed the cozy nights by the fire. Our group all said they would love to come back again!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family had an excellent time staying at this beautiful property. The new pier was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect spot for sunbathing and evening sunsets. The views from the house were amazing from the two decks, and the location was perfect, close to donner memorial state park! Check-in and check-out was also very easy making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and we are already looking forward to our next visit!
