Sabo’s Sandbox is located in Beachside Villas and perfect for couples or families that are seeking to escape the crowds of the more populated Destin and Panama City Beach areas. Sabo’s Sandbox is a Non-Smoking, No Pets Allowed, 2 BR, 2 bath corner unit located on the ground floor of building #9 at the Beachside Villas. While this unit does not have a gulf view it does provide easy access to the boardwalk that leads right to the beach!!! No busy streets to cross as you are within 1200 steps of Beach. Sand chairs, umbrella, beach towels are included with the condo.

Beachside Villas is a quiet, family-oriented, beachfront complex offering two pools (one heated), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, WiFi high speed internet access, a very nice party deck, and barbeques. Located between Deer Lake State Park and Eastern Lake, you will find one of the most peaceful stretches of beach around. Enjoy cycling/running/walking on the nearby 30A- 27 mile-long bike trail. Set out and explore the fabulous restaurants and quaint shops of Seagrove Beach and the surrounding communities, such as Seaside and Rosemary Beach. If you desire more, Sandestin outlets are just 20 miles west and Pier Park in Panama City Beach is just 15 miles east.

This unit has been remodeled with new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, televisions in the living room and each bedroom. The dining table seats 4 with an additional 2 at the bar.

Home away from home

This is our 3rd time staying at the Sabo’s. We always absolutely love it. Bill is so so kind. He’s always available and helpful in every way he can be. We are so thankful he’s allowed us to make so many special memories here. It’s our favorite location. We just bike everywhere. We love sitting on the beach for sunsets. We just really enjoy our time here every time we come.

A hidden gem

Location is prime! The property manager / owner is super responsive. They even let us check in a little early. The price and location you cannot beat with exceptional customer service. It’s a win win! Just book it you won’t regret it.

Nice Little Place

Our family had great time on our visit! The beach was a very short walk and easy to get to. Property managers were easy to communicate with and were very attentive if any issues arose. Overall we had a great time and were sad to have to say goodbye.

Decent condos, but was infested with cockroaches! It made for a stressful week, instead of a relaxing get away that I was hoping for. Be cautious when choosing.

Family Spring Break

Well presented property with everything we needed, great location next to the lake. Beach equipment and outside storage was a huge plus. We will be back to enjoy this property again.

We live in Summerville, Georgia and were high school sweet hearts. Now 30+ years later we are still sweet hearts and the best of friends! God blessed us with a beautiful daughter, Ciji, who graduated from Auburn and now a practicing Veterinarian.

Why they chose this property

We Love 30A! Our daughter has always loved the beach so we would vacation at Seaside every year for many years. Now, years later, God blessed us with the opportunity to purchase our own condo very close to Seaside. This is such a family friendly place - laid back and relaxing! Nothing like the party crowds you might find at Panama. It truly is a piece of paradise!

What makes this property unique

We realize that some folks do like the crowded party beaches but we love that there are NO high rise condo's and it's tucked away so that you feel the serene atmosphere of 30A and it's beaches!
