Beach Access: There are several convenient beach accesses nearby! All you have to choose is how you want to get there!

Sugar Dunes: The Sugar Dunes Beach Access is on the east side of Eastern Lake, and is simply a brief, 2-minute, walk from the home. There is a shower and a short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach, but there is no parking available, other than for bicycles. Walton Dunes: The Walton Dunes Beach Access is another, nearby, quiet, beach access. This access only has a few roadside parking spots available, and not much else. However, there is a very convenient Public Parking Lot 0.6 miles (about a 12 minute walk) from the home, and only a 3-minute (0.2 mile) walk to the Beach Access. Eastern Lake: The Eastern Lake Beach Access is on the other side of Eastern Lake, one of our rare coastal dune lakes in South Walton, about 1.3 miles (a 5-minute drive) from the home. This access has a shower, a bike rack, and a few parking spaces on Eastern Lake Drive. Community Pool: The Community of Beachside offers TWO seasonally-heated community pools! The nearest pool is right next to the community tennis and shuffleboard courts, about 150 feet (less than a minute-walk) east from your front door! Review

Location of property was fantastic. Communication was overall good. However, I had to call twice as I didn't see anything about getting an email day of for check in and I had to call for bike details. Otherwise, communication was good. The property itself smelled very musty. Cleaning crew placed shower/bath mats and hand towels IN the base of the 2 showers, which were wet. So the towels (not all of them, but mats, hand towels) were absolutely soaked when we got there. There seemed to be absolutely zero insulation between floors. We could hear every flush of a toilet and every footstep made from the floor above us. Ceilings are very low, so if you are tall or clostephobic, this might not be for you. My son and husband are 6 ft and had to duck heads to step into shower. Nothing major, but just overall feedback.

Quick Florida Visit 🌊

This property was cute. On the smaller side and great for a quick two night visit. The sheets were washed but old stains were on them; I think that should be updated. Complimentary coffee would be nice for this rental. 😉 It was clean and great location! The bikes were great!

Great stay

We spent 4 nights over Spring Break with our high school and college age kids. The condo was very clean, and they provided plenty of towels, a rare occurrence. The kids enjoyed the bikes, as well as the pickle ball court and pool. The beach was a very short walk away, and it was an easy bike ride to seaside. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect location

We stayed 6 nights and we enjoyed everything about it. A short walk to the beach. Less than 2 miles to Seaside and The Hub(Big Chill). 2 Adults 3 teenagers,1 child. Enough room for us all to sleep. Really enjoyed our stay.
