30A Gulf view-no stairs, Tennis/pickle ball, 2 Pools, Corn Hole, Shuffle board

Our much sought after first floor larger 2 bedroom corner unit is located in the 500 Building (Unit 511) and provides a great view of the Gulf, sand dunes, Eastern Lake and boardwalk entrance from our living room/patio. NO busy road to cross or steps to climb!! Approximately a 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs are available for your use at no additional cost with this unit.
The condo has a master suite with king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds. If travelling with a baby, there is a pack and play (72 hour advance request required).
Cable flat screen Smart TV’s are located throughout the unit. A 40” Smart HDTV with DVD is located in the living/dining room area. A 32” flat screen Smart HDTV TV is located in the master bedroom. A 20” Smart HDTV is located in the second bedroom.
The amenities of our complex, Beachside Villas, includes two outdoor pools (one is seasonally heated), 2 lighted tennis courts/pickle ball, shuffleboard, corn hole game, outdoor grills, party deck on adjoining lake, wash-off showers, and immediate boardwalk access to the most beautiful beach in the world!
Beachside Villas is ideally located away from the crowds BUT very close to so many of the activities that bring people back to this part of the Panhandle year after year. It is located in close proximity to Destin and Panama City Beach- SEASIDE is less than 5 minutes also. You can rent bikes and travel along the beautiful bike paths to charming Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Grayton Beach. Also, Deer Lake State Park is less than a mile down the beach with hiking trails and sand dunes. Top golf courses are nearby including Camp Creek and Santa Rosa Golf Club.
San Destin resort and the Silver Springs outlets are 20 minutes away. Also, miniature golf, Pier Park, Shell Island and water parks can be found nearby in Panama City or Destin.
For your safety and security and for the property, the home has outside video and audio recording cameras along with carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers located within the home.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Departure Check List • Check-out time is 10AM central time. Late checkouts will be charged an additional day’s rent if not approved by the owner 24 hours prior to scheduled check out time.
Be sure to return all Beachside Villas bracelets to the kitchen counter. You will be charged a $50 fee for all missing bracelets upon check out. Empty coffee grounds from coffee maker and rinse out.
• Remove sand and return any of the beach items to the outside storage closet that were there for your use while staying at Beachside 511.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The place was as advertised, which is always nice. My one nitpick would be all the rules. My wife and I pride ourselves on leaving places as clean, if not cleaner, than we found them. Some of these rules seemed a little heavyhanded, such as don't just put ice cubes in the sink but make sure they are melted. I totally understand the need for rules but that many of them certainly subtracted a little from our enjoyment.

Really enjoyed our stay. Minutes away from action areas the big chill,pickles, shopping just everything you would ask for. Great Gulf view comfortable furniture in den dining room bed n master was amazing beach just a few steps away I could go on and on it just feels good to rent a place and get more than you expected.

Clean and good location

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Good location and space. We enjoyed using the chairs and umbrella. Please notice that you will have to bring or buy everything you need, including toilet paper (there was only enough for one day), soap, and beach towels. Also, the listing did say there was a hot tub, and there was no hot tub on the property, which the owner apologized for. There was a lot of unnecessary info that was sent out before we arrived, and a folder of info at the condo, but more concise, helpful info would have been better. Overall, good place, but plan to bring EVERYTHING you need.

Great location

Great place for a quick weekend away. Loved the lake/beach access. Lots of fun playing in the shallow waters of Eastern Lake. Convenient to restaurants and shopping yet away from the big crowds.

Beautiful Condo just steps from the beach!!

Our family has the best week on vacation. The condo was everything advertised and more!! The condo is just a few steps away from the beautiful white sand. We had no problem finding a spot on the beach in front of the condo everyday. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Condo was very nice and meet our needs. The Location and views were great. The only complaint was the public beach area. Very crowded and we rented chairs and umbrellas! Also there is new construction right beside the public beach area so the view is about to be limited.

This condo was very true to its listing. The beach is only a block away and the beach is beautiful. The beach is public access but was not very busy and easy to get to. The property had everything we needed including beach toys, games, soaps and etc.

Great location

Great location and great hosts! Didn’t have any issues with the property and very clean. My family enjoyed the stay and will look to stay again. Unfortunate that the beach for the property is down the road now; however, the lake was a lifesaver as the first 2 days were double red flags and we could still enjoy the beach and nice weather those days. The golf cart ride is always going as well and didn’t have an issue getting a ride if we wanted one.

Excellent Property

The location was perfect. Spent a lot of time on the deck just watching and waving to people. Kitchen was well stocked(we were unable to find any potholders). There was plenty of great cooking items and there was even salt and pepper there for us!

2 year olds 1st beach trip

It was so nice (and necessary) to have this ground floor unit with such a short walk to the beach having a toddler in tow. The pool was a very short walk from the unit also. The unit was clean and safe for my little girl. We will definitely return!!

Home away from home.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We felt very comfortable and it had everything we needed. We especially loved the beach chairs, boards, and toys. The entire unit was clean and the kitchen lacked nothing I looked for. We took advantage of the entire complex and the private beach, nice people and again clean and well cared for. We can't thank our hosts enough for letting us make this our home away from home!

Our Home Away From Home

We truly enjoy our seaside escape! The condo has everything we need and more amenities that we could possibly use. It's just big enough for our family to spread out and not too big to be overwhelming. The decor is a big reason we initially choose the condo because it just feels relaxing. We just thoroughly enjoy the views from the balcony and the proximity unit 511 offers us. We hope to return again very soon.

Easy to rent. Clean (but no blankets). Nice but multiple buildings under construction. Aging complex but easy to get to the beach. Adequate but nothing fancy. (Sliding glass back door - ground level- was unlocked when we got there.

Second stay in this unit

We stayed here for spring break again this year. Absolutely love the location. New couches in the living room, and new patio furniture, only added to the comfort of the condo. New hope to return many more time. Just the right mix of quiet location with quick access to the fun but busy Seaside. Our son and his friend rode their bikes to Seaside many times during the week. The owner is very helpful with sharing local info prior to our trip. Our favorite location on 30A.

Modern condo where everything works! Superior location just steps from the beach. One stair to navigate! Clean! Well equipped for a couple or a family of 6. Beach chairs and toys for the kids are provided. The kitchen has everything you'll need. You will enjoy this condo! I know we did! We will definitely be back!

Most beautiful beach and white sand of all the beaches we visited. This is a quiet family community with ocean view, two heated pools, tennis courts, corn hole and shuffle board courts. Something for everyone to enjoy. Nice bike path around 30A. Easy bike ride to Seaside.

What makes this property unique

Quiet beach, shopping nearby and great resaurants. Watch the sunset from the patio and enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. This bottom floor unit has no stairs and is only a 35 yard walk to the beach entrance. We also provide two beach chairs for you to use while visiting.
