We were in town for a mountain bike race, and I love the fact that we could get away from the chaos of downtown into the mountains. The place is super cute, loved it! Recommend knowing how to get in BEFORE you get there as reception is spotty but once you are in the home the Wi-Fi is great!! Wish we had more time to enjoy the deck, but it was a busy weekend.

Equally close is downtown Glenwood Springs, where you can enjoy a day at the hot springs, take in some window shopping, or enjoy one of the many delicious eateries.
