Beautiful 2BED Apt @ JamesWay in West End Area!
dwayhousing.com Prime Location! Located less than 0.5 miles from downtown Winston w/ easy access to the Benton Convention Center, Baptist Medical Center and the Bus Terminal! Enjoy walking the neighborhood known as Winston Salem’s Historic West End district. We are also a couple minutes’ drive from UNCSA, Wake Forest University, Salem College, and the art’s district of WS. In addition, WS offers an array of parks and greenways including a small dog park located right beside the apartment. Each bedroom has its own Roku TV and Queen Size beds. The living room boast a 70in TV where you can stream all your favorite shows and movies. The unit has its own front load washer with detergent. Fast wife and a fully stocked kitchen. Please message us if you have any other questions! Full access to the entire apartment. Smoking permitted on the patio I will not be onsite but able to assist remotely at any time. Text is preferable as I work a lot. Dog park next to apartment. Downtown=Walkable Safe and quite
