This was an amazing property and the owner was phenomenal with her communication and expectations. Everything we could have ever needed was available and all expectations for guests were easy to follow and very reasonable for us to do to keep the property clean and ready for the next guests. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in the area!

I booked here to be close to the expo center. It was perfectly close to all the areas we had planned to visit. My mom and I stayed for Mother’s Day girls weekend and had a blast. It was a perfect place to relax and play games together.

This was my 3rd trip to Tulsa. The owner has put a lot of time and effort into making this a beautiful and wonderful place to stay! I love Midtown for its history and beautiful tree lined streets. It is right across the street from the Expo Center, but still off the main road and quiet. This B&B is in a great location and they have provided a book of local interests and restaurants. SMOKE was delicious and had great atmosphere! There were plenty of towels and the house was clean and comfortable. It was too hot to enjoy the back yard, but we enjoyed the early morning bunnies and squirrels!I would definitely stay here again!

This was a cozy cottage home that we rented for the weekend for a volleyball tournament. It was beautifully appointed and decorated with design flair. With only one extra bedroom, it may work best with small children or same sex children, but we made it work with my teenage son and daughter by pulling the trundle mattress to the living room for my son. The host communicated very well and responded quickly when an issue arose. It's right in front of the Expo Center, so it was great when needing to go back and forth quickly. It was a cold, rainy weekend, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor living space, but it looked very nice with hanging cafe lights and firepit.
