super clean and comfortable! the check in process was easy and the host was very communicative. kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. bathroom was clean and shower pressure was great. area also felt safe to walk around at night after an event at comerica with plenty of bars/restaurants nearby.
Would stay again if I need to be near the arenas. Would have loved to see washcloths and one of the upper double pane windows seems to be stuck slightly open. Minor issues and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
Parking was an issue on Friday night as there was a Tiger game as well as a frat party next door. All the spaces in back were taken, and we had to drive around and around the block for a half hour before a space finally opened up. There was an issue with the quality of the Wi-Fi but that was addressed to our satisfaction. This is a great location if you are coming in for a game.
Perfect spot for the Tigers game! Safe, in walking distance, park with a playground nearby. David was very helpful and communicated quickly! Would love to stay again!
Wonderful location and the room is just as advertised. We walked to several restaurants and bars and to Little Caesars arena to watch the Red Wings. Will definitely seek to stay here again if we come into town for a sporting event.

Very nice studio apartment! I would definitely stay here again.
The room said it sleeps 4. The pullout couch is actually just a cushion that lays on the floor when pulled out. I'd suggest they get an actual pull out couch that turns to a bed if they say it sleeps 4. I felt horrible having our friends laying on a cushion on the floor to sleep. Also, the bathroom mirror is so high that you have to be at least 5'6 to see your face in it. I am 5 foot and couldn't be on my tippy toes everytime i needed the bathroom mirror. I also suggest getting some hooks hung in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes since there is no space to set things down. The place was very clean besides some blood spots or something on the wall above the bed's head board. The location was very great and convenient and ultimately worth the cheap room price.
We had a great stay with our family and dogs. The location is perfect to walk to many restaurants and venues. The studio was clean and cozy, and the building felt secure. Parking was easy and close. The only negative was slow WiFi for work.
Very nice studio. Spacious, simple, & clean. Comfortable for four adults if you're willing to share beds or a small family. Would stay there again when in town for an event.
Great host, very kind, communicative, helpful and available. Location was super convenient and room was spacious and accommodated 4 of us (two adults, two children with bed and two pullouts). Parking was easy. There is a coin laundry in the basement but bring lots of quarters. $2.50 for the washer, $2.00 for the dryer at the time of this writing. They worked well. Another review mentioned the fraternity next door and how they were lucky there were no parties. Well they had a party while we stayed here but we couldn't hear a thing and I'm pretty sure they weren't all playing chess, so that was a relief. Would definitely stay again if we get the chance! Thanks again to the host for their excellent hospitality.
