Clean and comfortable place to stay. We were there for a game at Little Caesar’s arena and it was a short 10min walk from there. Nice coffee and sweet shop about a block away. Perfect for what we needed. Would stay again when we are in town for another game.

I was a little skeptical when I heard it was in the basement. And the houses behind it are slightly unkept. But the unit was super clean, the building was decent and all correspondence with the host was excellent.

Communication from the owner was nonexistent. No email. No reply to inquiries. A nice neighbor eventually helped us gain access. Not feasible for four adults. The "pull out" is a big chair. "Event Parking" means park in the street. I had to pay due to lack of available street parking.

Lots of cobwebs and we had to kill a HUGE centipede in the bedroom area when we first got there.. no extra blankets or anytbing for couch area or bedroom just 1 comforter. Kitchen and dining area was fine... stainless steel fridge looked horrible on the outside of fridge, and you can hesr everyone above you unfortunate for us it was sunday morning and the neighbors were up at 6am... not listing agents fault but just beware for anyone who kay be a light sleeper like me.we also booked vwr last minute so all things considering ... I just got what i paid for .... also both AC units do not work.
