The location was excellent, within walking distance to the Fox Theater. The host was very accommodating and provided excellent communication with fast responses. The apartment was very clean and welcoming, would definitely stay here again!

Best stay!! Owner was very attentive to questions and needs, even bought us a drink at the local bodega. Rooms were amazing and the beds were really nice. Very convenient to downtown and sporting events. Only thing I would recommend is a door to the house/apartment upstairs to close off the rentals downstairs. Over all I would HIGHLY recommend a stay here. We will definitely be back next year! Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for us. The apartment, house and host are wonderful. Very close to the sports complex. Easy access for the Tigers games we took in. Amenities, including the comfortable bed were great as well. We would definitely stay again.

This property’s host is amazing making everything from our check-in to check out very smooth very pet friendly will stay again and highly recommend! Location location, this place is walking distance to all arenas and downtown. Big bonus it comes with parking spot! You truly can’t beat this property location and host you won’t find a better one!

We had another great stay at Donavan’s beautiful historic home! Everything was as pictured and described. Simple check in and out. Easy to find. Nice and safe neighborhood. Walkable to Comerica Park, Ford Field, LCA and many restaurants. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great also. The host is quick to respond and very accommodating. We loved the Detroit made snacks and drinks! Probably the best feature of this place is the free parking! We went to the Tigers games on Saturday and Sunday and Donavan graciously let us park early before check in and also let us leave our car till after the game on Sunday - there was also a Lions game that day - he saved us a lot of money!! Thank you Donavan!!

Beautiful home, perfect location, and the host’s attention to detail made this stay one of the best travel experiences we have had. The location is truly just a short walk to any sporting event, restaurant, or entertainment event in downtown Detroit. The unit has everything you will need and the host added a few hometown beverages and snacks, a pleasant surprise when checking in. The gym is a professional gym with everything you’ll need to workout and second guess your home gym when you get home. The host is on site and willing to help in anyway. And there is a fabulous Bodega around the block if you want to grab stuff and eat in. This is by far one of the best places to stay when traveling to Detroit!
