This fully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is just a short 0.5 mile walk to the beach from a private beach access point that the house shares with the HOA (information and the way to get there is included inside the home book) It comfortably sleeps 6–10 guests with three spacious bedrooms. The 1st Floor King Suite includes a 14' x 15' bedroom with a large 6' x 4' walk-in closet and a 55" Smart TV. Upstairs, the 2nd Floor King Bedroom offers a 14' x 15' room with a 3' x 7' closet and a 55" Smart TV, while the 2nd Floor Queen Bedroom features a 12' x 15' space, a generous 3' x 11' closet, and a 43" Smart TV.


*Home Amenities*
The home offers a bright dining area with seating for six, high-speed 1 gigabit Wi-Fi throughout, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The 1st Floor King Bedroom features a walk-in closet, while both upstairs bedrooms include spacious double-door closets. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV—55" in the living room and both king bedrooms, and a 43" in the queen bedroom—with YouTube TV included. Guests are welcome to log in with their own accounts for streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ (BYOP – Bring Your Own Password).

All pets are welcome (with a fee per pet). The private fenced backyard is perfect for your fur-babies to relax. Up to 2 pets of any size are allowed; more may be approved upon request. Two waterproof/pet-proof furniture blankets are provided. Please message us with your pet(s)' number, size, and breed on the day of booking.

We’ve got the little ones covered with a high chair, pack-n-play, and toddler-safe dishes, utensils, and cups—making your family stay easier and more comfortable.


*Fully Stocked Kitchen*
Enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a pantry cabinet for storing groceries. You'll also find dishes, bowls, silverware, and a full range of cooking utensils. Coffee lovers will appreciate the K-Cup coffee maker (just bring your own pods), along with coffee mugs, cups, and wine glasses. Additional appliances include two blenders, a toaster, medium and large crockpots, food storage containers, and a hand mixer—everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.



Additional Notes:
The garage area of the house is not accessible to guests. (It's used for owner storage)

Beach Equipment (towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) are not provided. We recommend bringing your own or renting from a local provider.

Buyer beware. We selected this property for proximity to the beach. The headline on the listing was "4-minute walk to the beach." All the nearby beach access points were private. We reached out to the host for instructions, and they sent a google map to a public access point that was a 10-minute walk. They said "The beach access point is no longer available. The walk is simply 5 minutes longer than it used to be" and changed the headline on the listing to "9-minute walk to the beach." I called VRBO customer service and asked to be moved. Once the host was notified that I wanted to cancel, they directed us to a private access point owned by a HOA and changed the headline to "4-6 minute walk." The property was not part of the HOA, so the owner was instructing us to trespass on someone else's property. We weren't willing to trespass, so we drove to the beach. The host admitted to misrepresenting the property in the VRBO chat, but VRBO would not move us. Everything went downhill from there. There were ants dropping onto the kitchen counter from an outlet in the backsplash. There were ants in the yard. I asked for insecticide and the owner declined to provide any. The ice maker stopped working. My husband's back went out from the rock hard mattress. Neither the host or VRBO resolved any of our concerns. The home is sparsely appointed- no beach equipment or grill, limited seating and supplies. I was shocked that a host and VRBO would treat us this way, and it ruined our vacation.
