This place is absolutely amazing. Not a single member of the staff was rude. Everyone had a big smile on their face. As soon as you walk in the lobby, it smelled so clean and fresh. The suite was incredible. Cannot wait to come back to Ocean Walk in August.

The room was not what we expected. This was our second stay at the resort and the room we thought we were booking, is not the room we received. Based on the description, we expected an interlocking room with 2 seperate units to sleep 8, each containing a bedroom, living room with a pullout couch and dining area. Instead we got 1 unit with 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom containing 2 beds and only 1 living area and pullout couch. Also, the jacuzzi tub flooded our room and we had to pack up 7 people and relocate to a new room in the opposite tower. While we did receive a small credit to spend at the resort, it was quite a bit of work to relocate in the middle of our stay. The compensation for the inconvenience could have been a little more generous. Also, I’m certain a phone charger we left behind in the move was taken by a maintenance worker, as it was not in the room when we went back to retrieve it. When I reported this to hotel staff, I was told I would get a call after it was investigated, but never heard back and I had to purchase a new charger. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful and we all had a great time.
