Great access to beach and fishing right off the deck was fun for everyone. Place was clean but we needed more than 1 kitchen trash bag for our 5 night stay. Also, pillows are very thin, would recommend bringing you own from home. Overall we had a great time with family and would recommend to others.

Wonderful accommodations. Especially if you are bringing a boat. Close to boat ramp and walk to restaurant and food trucks. Walk across road to the beach. Mary was great to work with and assessable.

The property had plenty of space for our family of five. The location to the beach was great and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Outdoor space was also plentiful. More than enough beach chairs, toys, a cart, and even a Cool Cabana were available for us to use. The additional fridge in the garage was great to have for drinks. The property would benefit from a deep clean. Almost every door (near the handle) was visibly dirty and the vacuuming was a little lax. The refrigerator had a VERY strong smell of fish/shrimp when we arrived, as did the kitchen. Had the cleaners opened one of be windows for even 10 minutes, the room smell would have dissipated. The fridge could have been fixed with a quick wipe down with some spray but instead they stuck an air freshener in it. Also, every “pillow” in the house needs a refresh. Not a single one would be considered plump and you needed at least 2 to equal one normal pillow. There is also no pantry available in the kitchen and no closet in the master. There is a dresser and another wooden piece that functions as a mini-closet but the main closet was locked. I would suggest they make the hallway closet the “owners closet” so guests can use the master. Overall, it is a great property but just a few tweaks would make it really user friendly!

The house was beautiful and clean. Easy access to the pool and the beach. The house had several chairs, life vests, and sand toys which was a nice bonus.
