Our family had a great stay at this wonderful home while dropping our daughter off at college! The house is gorgeous, lots of nice upgrades throughout the rental that make you feel right at home! The host, Jeff was prompt and friendly with all communication. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Our golf group stayed at the house and it was perfect. The location was great and plenty of room for the 7 people. While we did not need anything specific during our time there, the host checked in to make sure we were set. We will absolutely use the house again for future trips.

Jeff is a FANTASTIC host! Second year we’ve used one of his properties, & we always enjoy them! This place was luxury - lots of room to enjoy & relax! Comfy beds, beautiful view, VERY clean! Jeff is always prompt to reply to any questions we send. Absolutely would stay here again, & highly recommend you choose one of Jeff’s places for your stay!

We spent the New Year here with our family and absolutely loved it. The house is cozy, warm, huge king size beds and perfect place for a family stay. We had a great time together and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Jeff

This was an amazing home! We stayed woth our teenage son and 3 of his friends and our son who attends Eastern visited. Our purpose was to attend the State B basketball tournament. It was perfect. Plenty of room, easy 10 min drive to the arena, groceries close by, and lots of extras. Host was great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

The house from top to bottom, to deck was absolutely amazing. There was a very minor issue with the AC but Jeff, the host was able to address it remotely and extremely fast. That’s what a good host does. We had eight guys on a golf trip and this house was perfect.

Our host was spectacular. We had issue with wash machine and he had electrician at house within the hour. He responded to all emails quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with our whole experience. The home accommodated our family that was visiting from east coast and west coast and Montana. The beds were comfortable with an adequate supply of towels for our large gathering. The kitchen was well supplied and really great to cook our family Thanksgiving dinner. We played games, pool, used hot tub and watched football and movies in the wonderful theatre room. Great home. This was an overwhelming wonderful gathering for our family reunion. Thank you so much for everything.

We selected this property to accommodate 4 adult couples and a few singles. The property was well set up for this, with plenty or gathering spaces and ample bathrooms. All aspects of the property were accurately represented by the descriptions and we were all very pleased with the accommodations and cleanliness of the property. The house is in a very nice area, out of the commotion of Spokane, but close enough to be very convenient to all that Spokane has to offer. There is a full grocery store (with liquor) very close to the house, along with coffee shops and eateries that make shopping for your stay very easy and convenient. Hot tub was very nice as were the outside decks and eating area. Fantastic house with a fantastic view, will definitely rent again! Jeff was a gracious host, was available, and kept us well informed, thanks Jeff!
