- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Parking:
- Sterling Breeze Resort offers convenient and secure parking designed to make your beach getaway as smooth as possible.
- Covered Parking Garage: A multi-level parking deck provides protection from the elements and easy access to the resort.
- Two-Car Limit: Each reservation includes parking for up to two vehicles, ideal for families or groups traveling separately.
- Amenity Fee: A $50 resort fee not included in booking fees, which covers parking passes and wristbands for resort access. Pre-registration is required.
- 24-Hour Security: The parking area is monitored to ensure guest safety and peace of mind.
- Direct Elevator Access: The garage connects directly to the resort’s elevators, making luggage transport a breeze.
- The parking deck is located just across from the main building, with a covered walkway for added convenience.
-Sterling Breeze Resort guests are required to wear wristbands to access certain amenities, particularly the pool area. Wristbands must be shown to staff when entering the pool from either the building or the beach. This policy is strictly enforced from March 1st through October 31st.
If a wristband is broken, it can be replaced at no cost by returning the damaged one to the Concierge Desk. However, lost wristbands may incur a replacement fee, as determined by the resort’s management.

- There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!
