This is a private house for your exclusive use with a private hot tub, gas grill and laundry. No additional rooms are rented. The only people you share anything with are the people you bring with you.

Also 18-Hole sound side Golf Links are nearby. The community pool and tennis are only 3 tenths of a mile away, or 4 condo buildings and 4 houses away (aerial view in pictures).

Shore Shack is a Fresh & Fun, Semi-Oceanfront house with Great OCEAN VIEW, located Very Close to the Beach (approx. 150 ft.). With No Roads to Cross to get to the Ocean (using the Private Neighborhood Beach Access) and a Community Pool, it's Great for Families with Children. Centrally-located in Nags Head. Very nearby are 8 or more Restaurants (including Outback Steak House, Sushi, Mexican, Pizza, Chinese) and all of the shops at the Outer Banks Mall!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The proximity to the beach is a huge plus. It's just a short jaunt up and over a small dune. The house is well equipped with all the cooking accessories needed. We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch and ate almost all of our meals out there. Terry was communicative and helpful. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Absolutely wonderful. Great location, just a walk over the dune to get to the beach. Pool is a two minute bike ride away and is a nice option. Very close to everything else around there. House has plenty of room, and is well stocked with anything you might need. Also like that there are little notes on light switches and around other commonly used things to give you information and directions.

Great beach house and location

Location of the house is fantastic. My family with two young children had no problem getting to the beach. The beach access by the house is private to the neighborhood so the beach area is relatively calm and less people than busy public access areas. House had everything stocked that was needed and no issues. Would book again!

We stayed here for a week in April. We found the Shore Shack clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The upper level was great for our kids who enjoyed everything it offered. It is in the perfect location, steps from the beach, short drive to shopping and restaurants, and centrally located to all that is OBX. We highly recommend the Shore Shack!

Perfect place

Right in the middle of everything OBX has to offer. Fully stocked kitchen (equipment wise) which is unusual and very much appreciated as we cooked in a lot. We had great times playing pool and the two chairs by door upstairs are perfectly positioned to watch the morning sunrise

This trip (as a repeat customer) was to bring my teenage boys and a few of their friends down for a week to kick off summer before they start their summer jobs. The weather was perfect and the house offers a beautiful yard for outdoor games and a hot tub to relax in and listen to music. The upstairs game room was filled with lots of fun with the pool table and outdoor deck overlooking the ocean.

I can't say enough good things about this beach house!The location was close to Jockeys Ridge, shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. The beach is right there and its great to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The house is tastefully decorated with flair. The owners have thoughtfully stocked pans, plates, and servingware. The house was immaculately clean and it was easy to feel at home in this house. I hope to come back!

A week by the ocean

This house was the perfect home away from home for the week. Location is perfect with everything you could need within walking and driving distance. The home itself is spacious with plenty of room for larger groups to spread out. Everything you need in the home to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The game room was a huge hit! The upstairs balcony was perfect for a sunrise coffee. We loved the outdoor space, the hot tub. It was all perfect. Would highly recommend and book again!

Highly recommend this beach house. It was everything that was advertised. Primary perk for us was finding out it was walkable to stores and eating places. This was very helpful considering we had teenagers that don’t drive yet. Besides that, we loved everything else that the other reviews spoke about. Our typical day involved the short walk to the beach and then when we were done there, we would come back and use the outside shower and then get in the hot tub. The game room was really handy so we could spread out and the kitchen was definitely well stocked. Home owners were very accessible and responsive. Definitely would stay here again.
