It is on a dirt road that gives ample opportunity for horseback riding (pole barn on property), hiking trails, or to hop on your ATV and ride to the forest. The house is on 20 acres with expansive views, including a seasonal creek that can be heard and hiked to. Owner lives on the property in unattached house.
