Guest Access:
You'll have complete access to the separate lower level apartment and will have access to the front patio and bench.
Entering the apartment requires walking down a short half spiral staircase (a couple of the steps are narrow near the center). The studio opens with a digital key pad combination that you'll receive the day prior to checkin.

Other Things to Note:
Parking:
- Street parking is free over night from 9 pm to 7 am. Parking is also free on Sunday’s and all federal holidays. All other times there is a free two hour parking limit. If you stay longer than two hours and you could possibly get a ticket.
- If you are bringing a car, please reach out to our team as we may have parking available to you. You can also park long term at the Regan National Airport, Union Station or find a spot on the Park Hero app. The Whole Foods three blocks from the house has overnight parking available for $44.
Working Remote:
- If you are looking to do a little work while in town we have fast WiFi available for your use. You can work at the high top table or we also have a portable lap desk available for your use if you'd rather work form the couch or bed.

- This studo does have tenants that live in the upper stories of the home, therefore, there may be noise coming from above.
