This property is affordable and in a great for location and has easy access to a great neighborhood and walkable sites in DC. It's very safe and we had pleasant encounters with neighbors or others out walking the street. The metro is so close! I had an issue with the lock to the door, but the response was quick and I was able to figure it out eventually without intervention.Our family of 3 felt a little tight in the space (we knew it would be small) but I'd say the murphy bed was much smaller than I anticipated. There were a few issues with not enough towels, we found extras under the couch late but didn't know until the last day . The biggest issue I had was the property was not cleaned thoroughly. Clothes left in the dryer and a lot of mildew or mold in the shower. The mosquitos were a problem as well right outside, likely because of their open drain to the street. Not a lot they can do about mosquitos in August, just helpful to know as a traveler. This place may be a better stay in less humid months for these reasons.

I am so sorry for the experience. I wish I had known about these issues so I could have made arrangements for my cleaners to address. Those are definitely an isolated incident and I'll make sure to discuss it with my cleaners.

The rental owners very quick responsiveness and help with any questions. They were very nice. The area was okay and walking around okay. The noise level from upstairs was loud and the backyard of the apartment was a complete mess like garbage/hoarding. The apartment need some tic as well

Super cute, excellent locale

We really enjoyed our stay here! The decor is so cute, lots of amenities. Location was perfect for us too. We walked to the Library of Congress and National mall (lots of other places too!). Restaurants and groceries are very close by. Easy to communicate with and a very fast response for any questions or needs. Thank you so much. We hope to stay here again.

Great Stay!

Property was just like the photos. Metro and grocery a block away. You could hear footsteps from above which was no problem. I would recommend instructions for the tv and maybe more than one towel apiece for a 4 day stay. It is truly a great place to stay. Felt safe and enjoyed the friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, adorable digs

Our team really enjoyed our stay at this property during a work trip to DC. We needed a place with reliable public transit nearby, and this cute little apartment definitely fit the bill! The Potomac Avenue metro stop was only a short 3 minute walk from the place, and a Safeway was a brief 3-minute walk in the opposite direction. Also, several members of our squad used the luxurious deep jacuzzi-style bathtub during off hours, which was great for relaxation during a stressful work trip. The Murphy bed and pullout sofa bed both worked well to accommodate our sleeping needs, and we'll definitely keep this in mind for future trips to DC.
