This home is nestled near a forest and close to a large body of water—so while we take every step to exterminate and keep the property clean, the occasional Palmetto bug or friendly local critter may still sneak in. Pack bug spray! Mosquitoes are active here.
They’re more of a surprise than a threat (we promise!), but we want guests to know ahead of time that a rare visitor isn’t a reflection of cleanliness—it’s just part of being tucked into nature in the South.

• Wooded Setting: While you’re just minutes from town, the property backs up to a beautiful wooded area. Guests often spot deer, songbirds, and the occasional squirrel from the balcony.
