We rented the unit for a weekend. When we arrived on Friday, there was someone parked in the spot for the unit (and they remained there the entire weekend long). Also, we were not sure where the overflow parking was because the numbers painted on the driveway were difficult to read. We called the host to get clarification but never received a reply. When we entered the unit, there was an unpleasant smell - almost like someone put air freshener to mask the smell of smoke. No directions were left for the thermostat, so it took a long time before we could figure it out. On Saturday night, it rained, and water was coming in from the windows in the dining room. Finally, the downstairs bedroom was in a basement with no windows or egress, which is completely unsafe.

Thanks for your review. We do think it warrants a response because the address of the units is clearly posted on bright white sign at each parking space. We pride ourselves on very quick responses and were never informed of anything. We have our phone numbers listed and also live on site so there's no way we would not have attended to any issues. Also, there is a window in the access room on the same floor. Hopefully the cleaners wouldve notified us if there was a smell of any kind but this is a nonsmoking unit. Hopefully if you use the service in the future you contact the host during the stay so they can address any issues immediately.
