This beautiful apartment is located in the exclusive and peaceful neighborhood of Alamo Heights. Adjacent to the Botanical Gardens and within walking distance of the SA Zoo, Brackenridge Park, SA Country Club, Fort Sam Houston and only 10 mins drive to Downtown. It is remodeled with wood and tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, custom all tile shower and includes Arcade & games. Outside the apartment there is a BBQ grill, sitting area and lots of reserved parking space.

This three-bedroom, 1000 square foot home, has everything you may need. Cable TV, high speed internet/ WIFI, washer and dryer & Arcade. The 3 bedrooms can comfortably sleep 7 guests plus you will have an additional queen size air mattress. This home can accommodate a total of 9 guests. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This apartment is remodeled with wood and tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, custom all tile shower and includes Arcade & games to have fun while inside this home. Outside the apartment there is a huge yard with BBQ grill & sitting area and lots of reserved parking space. I can assure you will love it! You are welcome to enjoy the apartment in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard. You have 2 reserved parking spots within the complex and plenty more off street.

Located in a quite area inside Alamo Heights of San Antonio, right behind the Botanical Gardens and near the University of the Incarnate Word. Apartment is walking distance to the San Antonio Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club and only 10 mins drive to downtown San Antonio.

• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.
• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.
- Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you're here, the apartment is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. Once you have settled in, do not forget to check out my list of top recommended sites to enjoy while you are in the Alamo city. I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible so please don't hesitate to contact me via the app.

- Apartment is 100% non-smoking.

- Parties are NOT allowed!
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.

We were in town to see our son play at University of Incarnate word, this place was a perfect location to the school. The house was very clean and comfortable. Daniel our host was very attentive. Great Irish bar near by! Will definitely book again.

comfortable stay

Easy to find and parking right in front of the apartment. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with the basics for cooking and meals. The place was mostly clean, but a little rough around the edges with visible wear and tear and the floors were dirty - turned our socks and feet black, which surprised us because of the large cleaning fee. Overall our stay was pleasant.

You get what you pay for

The location is great. Easy check in process. The unit has some wear and tear and doesn't look quite like the pictures. We are ok with things not being perfect because I know lots of people stay here but the two chairs in the living room were stained in a bad way. We would not sit in them. I let the property manager know and he said we could work something out and I told him to let me know what he was thinking and I didn't get a response except for the check out procedures. The smaller room with the queen bed is definitely the most comfortable! Take a fan if you're staying in the bunk bed room. It's a good spot if you're going to be out an about in San Antonio.

poor communication from Daniel

No check in information provided till I sent a message to the property manager. Information send did not include which unit at the property. We essentially put in key code information going from door to door till the door opened. There was no response from Daniel or Debbie for any messages I sent NO HOT WATER AT THE PROPERTY - again no response from property managers I would not recommend this property to anyone because of its management team Dr Iduru

The neighborhood is not the best!!! .surrounding area is ok, with nice houses on one side and run down apartments throughout the area, especially on the street the unit is on. The door was unusually uncooperative but I called the property manager who offered a quick response. Host was very straight forward, not friendly at all(all about the money) not very appreciative or aware that I had a choice and chose HIS property. Inside the unit was very nice, spacious and accommodating. Really appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit, along with the pac-man game console in the kids' room. Extra linens and pillows were awesome. The people upstairs dragged the dinning chairs across the floor and made it uncomfortable sleeping a couple of nights but it was a quiet setup otherwise..I felt safe once inside in the unit. Overall, a "Nice" stay!

Nice on the inside!

We came to San Antonio for my daughters graduation from basic training - I didn't know the first thing about the area or where to stay. I chose this place because it looked really nice and the price was very reasonable. It was also in between the airport and Lackland AFB. The inside was very nice and the decor was beautiful, but as to be expected obviously "used" - we know you're not going to find a perfect vacation rental and the furniture and decor here was in really good shape compared to others we have been in. We don't have little kids, but we thoroughly enjoyed taking our turns at the little arcade in the "kid" room! LOL. My mom actually stayed in that room and said the mattress on the bottom bunk was very comfortable. (she didn't try the top bunk - she's 75! haha) The towels are nice quality, and they provide full bottles of shampoo and body wash (bring your own conditioner tho!) Hand soap was in both bathrooms, some laundry detergent was available and dishwasher pods and dish soap. the dinner ware was very nice quality as well. Couch and chairs were comfortable (though the chairs did have some staining on them - again - a lot of ppl are in and out so to be expected). There is a nice area in back with picnic tables and little grills. This apartment is by the complex's dumpster, which was convenient to throw trash away, but it was kind of smelly out the front door. The neighborhood and surrounding area was a little run down, but we weren't scared or anything - we spoke to some of the neighbors and people around the area (fast food places, gas stations etc) and they all seemed very nice. Nothing stood out to make us concerned about our safety. We were in close proximity to a lot of fast food (whataburger is literally a few streets away!) gas stations and the highway. Downtown was only about 12-15 minutes away and the Riverwalk was beautiful! Highly recommend going there. The mall is clean and full of stores and little shops as well as restaurants, an aquarium, movie theater etc. so lots to do there. We ate at Margaritaville on the patio area right by the riverwalk which was nice! We loved the convenience of where the apartment was located! The owner is really nice and friendly. We liked having the door code instead of having to keep track of a key. The smart TV was great to have as well. Overall, a great experience in San Antonio and at our VRBO!

Dirty sheets and deadAnd alive bugs everywhere! Property owner admittedly MIA

Upon arrival we very excited about the location. Okay neighborhood, great location! Once we checked in I received an email message from the owner through VRBO. That said “Hello! I just wanted to let you know that I will be unavailable with my cell phone this evening until Sunday. If you need anything or have any questions or needs, you can contact my secretary Brenda through the VRBO app via text message or directly at (gave me a number) and she would love to help. Have a great weekend! Daniel.” O….K….. first night there around 2:30am we were all awoken to dogs barking. Thin walls and even thinner windows, it sounded like these dogs were in the same room as us. I texted Brenda the secretary and sent her a audio video of how loud it was. She said, sorry and that she would contact the other tenants in the building about their dogs. Problem was it wasn’t the tenants it was the neighbors who leave their dogs out all night. I texted her back about 30 min later, dogs still barking and asked for a number for noise ordinance. No reply and no reply the next day asking if everything was okay, NOTHING. I ended up googling a number and the police did come out around 4am and the barking stopped until the next night. I emailed Daniel through VRBO. I thought even if he wasn’t available at least he will see the message about the dogs. I also let him know about the stained sheets and BUGS dead and alive everywhere! I received back “Wow, I am sorry this has been your experience so far. I will be speaking to Brenda and my cleaning company about the issues. I will also contact all guests about the noise level of their pets. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make your experience better and I will try to do so, Daniel” Yes, this is nice that Daniel responded even though he would be unavailable via cell phone. I guess if it were our property and these issues arose I would be falling over myself to make sure my guests were okay. To us this response from the owner wasn’t a resolution it was a band aid. We have rented through VRBO for over 15 years and have never encountered a situation like this.

Sorry for your experience Tim, I did speak with Brenda and she did contact the police non emergency for you, as you did mention it was the neighbors (not in the complex) dogs that were the issue. We cannot control animals and if you mentioned the other items she would have made sure the cleaning company would have gone by. We have pest control go by monthly as we take those types of maintenance issue seriously. When I go away or not available, I do send out messages, letting you know who to contact in case of emergency. It is my understanding that she did reply and answered you. Aside from the barking dog anything else would have been addressed within 24 hours.
