The house is beautiful but some of the inside construction was a little sloppy and the elevator didn't work all week despite calling on the day I arrived to let the rental property company know that a service call was needed. The walls a VERY thin so if anyone is in another part of the house making noise, it can be heard throughout the entire house. There are window units with duct tape around two of the windows but despite the eyesores they were a godsend because they helped keep the house much cooler than just a central air unit alone. With all that being said, the pool/deck area is fantastic and provide a beautiful view of the waterway. The kayaks are very nice and the little launch station to get the kayak onto the water made it so much easier to get on and off the dock when we went. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was great, all appliances worked well and the outside of the house is solid and well constructed. Although it seems that I had a lot of complaints I would stay there again because of the location, pool, waterway, and comforts provided.
