We booked this apartment for the Chicago marathon, and found it very conveniently located walking distance to the expo at McCormick Place and for the marathon route itself (mile 25 outside the front door). It was clean and comfortable; the check-in was very smooth; and the hosts were very responsive. All in all, it was a great place to stay to visit Chicago!
The property was great. Flying in to MDW was about 25 minutes away, good access to public transportation. A perfect location for attending Soldier Field events.
I reserved this place for a girls' weekend with three friends, and it was amazing and convenient! The apartment offered a great view, and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and enjoy activities together. We made good use of the two bathrooms, and the kitchen was well-equipped, exceeding our needs. The check-in process was smooth, and the vendor was very responsive. I appreciated that we could purchase two parking spaces, which made our stay even easier. We were also close to all the events we had planned for the weekend, and we felt safe with the security cameras in place. I highly recommend this place, and I would love to stay here again!

Thank you for staying with us and being a wonderful guest! You'll be always welcome back with discounted rates!
Very clean, visually appealing space with plenty of room for our group. Check in and parking were straightforward and front desk staff were very helpful, though occasionally there won't be anyone at the front desk, making things a little confusing. Towels, toothbrushes, and little toothpastes were nearly stacked on the beds when we arrived which was a nice touch. Property is close to the train station as well as plenty of restaurants. Host was very responsive as well. Would recommend!

great walkable area, very close to green line and McCormick Place, solder field, lake, excellent. the photos of property are spot on, the property needs better cleaning in all the small areas, the kitchen cabinets, the tub, spider webs in all corners. the place features very basic supplies, old pots and pans, old beds, cheap furniture, they should definitely invest in better living type stuff if they really want it to stand out and be amazing as it should be..
The pictures and descriptions on their listing are extremely inaccurate with what we were met with upon arrival shortly after 4pm. It began with entering a dirty and cluttered lobby area, anchored by an inebriated and drowsy security guard. After figuring out where our room was located, we quickly realized that this was not a secured room and not a professionally cleaned property. There were no linens provided either. After contacting the host, we were told that we would have to wait an undetermined amount of time before being delivered any towels. By 9:30 that night, with still no towels and no way to securely lock our room door we had to leave. With 4 small children who had been traveling all day and needed to get ready for bed, it was out out concern for our safety and needs that we were forced to pack up again and leave to find suitable accommodations for the night at an additional cost. The parking situation was also a nightmare. The picture on their listing shows an adjacent, secured lot as available for parking. We were told we would have to pay 40 per day for parking after arriving plus a large deposit for the keycard. And due to our vehicle (a mid-size SUV) we weren’t even able to use the lot because the clearance height was less than 6 ft. The neighborhood was also undesirable. My child was approached for money from a homeless person as we approached the door, while I was standing next to him.
The space we got was nothing like the picture on the website. There was no information about linens and towels being replaced. I washed the towels we used several times since we stayed for 13 days. It would also be helpful to be told where the laundry facilities are located.
