The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and inviting, centered around a cozy gas fireplace—perfect for meals, relaxing, or planning your next adventure. Two private bedroom suites, each with an attached bathroom, are separated by the living space for added privacy. The primary suite features a king bed, while the guest room includes two full-size beds. Soft linens and feather duvets ensure a restful stay.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome! A private patio opens onto a grassy common area, ideal for morning coffee or fetch with your pup. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please don't worry about stripping the beds. We've got you covered. Leave all the used towels on the bathroom floor. Please load and start the dishwasher.
Remove ALL food (everything, please) from the refrigerator. Empty the trash into the onsite dumpster, which is out the front door to the left.
Turn off the lights, close all windows, lock the slider, and close the curtain Set the thermostat to 60 degrees. Make sure you haven't left your phone chargers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The fireplace is a gas unit and is not wood-burning. Burning wood, paper, trash, or any materials in the fireplace is not allowed

Hi! I’m Laura, and my husband Mark and I have been coming to Mammoth for years. For a long time, we were renters ourselves—especially in Snowcreek—so we truly understand what makes a stay comfortable and memorable. Eventually, we were lucky enough to purchase our place here, and it’s been a dream come true.

We love to travel and explore different places, but Mammoth has always been one of our absolute favorites. Whether it’s skiing in the winter, hiking the beautiful trails in the summer, or casting a line in one of the local lakes, we never get tired of this mountain town.

One of my greatest joys is being able to share our little paradise with others. It’s incredibly meaningful to know that other families and friends can create their own special memories here—just like we did over the years.

I also really enjoy getting to know our guests. Whether it’s hearing about your adventures or helping with tips and recommendations, hosting is something I genuinely love.

The open floor plan features a spacious living room at the center, creating the perfect gathering space to relax after a day on the mountain or trails. Whether you're curled up by the fireplace or enjoying a movie night, it’s a great spot to unwind together.

One of the best features is the two master bedroom suites, each with its own private bathroom—ideal for couples, friends, or families who appreciate a little extra space and privacy.

In the summer, you’ll love the patio just off the dining area. It’s perfect for morning coffee, dinner under the stars, or simply relaxing in the fresh mountain air.

All of this in the peaceful, beautifully maintained Snowcreek V community—our favorite place in Mammoth.
