The unit was not very clean. The coffee maker had old coffee in it, the refrigerator had old food in it. The bathtub is super slippery. It needs som non-slip decals or something. The "2nd" bedroom is a closet with a bed that is like a toddler bed and difficult to get in and out of if you're an adult. There were no washcloths or hand towels, and the 2 bath towels looked questionable clean. The furniture is old and beat up and the air-conditioning did not work. The location is very convenient with a great access to a market, resteraunts, several stores and the Sky Train.

Great location for our activities. Bathroom toilet was leaking and was not clean when we arrived. Furniture was peeling and the second room is essentially a closet.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations. While the listing stated that it accommodated five guests, bedding was only provided for three and bath linens were only provided for four without any spare sets. The sofa sleeper was broken.The unit appeared poorly maintained. We found food left in the freezer from a previous guest, hair in the shower, and several large windows lacked curtains or other privacy coverings despite facing neighboring apartment buildings.Amenities were also limited. There were few towels provided, no spare blankets (although the host did leave a comforter outside the door for our 2nd night after being notified of missing bedding), no kitchen towels or paper towels, and only enough coffee supplies for a single small pot despite our multi-night stay. The dishwasher was not functioning during our visit, although we recognize that it was not listed as an advertised feature.Overall, the property did not reflect the level of cleanliness, maintenance, and preparation we expect from a vacation rental, and we would not choose to stay here again.

We're sorry that the property did not meet your expectations. As mentioned during your stay, additional towels and linens were available in the bedroom closet drawers. When notified that you were unable to locate the extra bedding, we promptly provided an additional comforter. The suite was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and a post-cleaning video was recorded. We were not made aware of any cleanliness concerns during your stay and would have been happy to address them had they been reported. Regarding the dishwasher, it is not listed as an amenity, as it is currently not operational. We strive to accurately represent the property and appreciate all guest feedback as we continue to improve the guest experience.

A bit of a sketchy area near transit station that was very loud all night. Would be convenient if you were attending an event at the arena. Faucet in kitchen coming loose. Parking area (not affiliated) closes after 9pm so plan accordingly.

Unfortunately this was a very disappointing stay. The noise from the train station was 24/7 and cannot be drowned out with the even louder portable AC’s. The 2nd bedroom is a closet, the beddings and towels were worn out. Kitchen faucet swiveling around. Headboard and sofa peeling, totally not what you’d expect from a vacation rental even at this rates. The curtains are not great since not blackout and it’s missing in some areas. It is extremely hot during the day. The only saving grace for us was the pool and gym facilities was nice.
