Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, dryer, iron w/ironing board and WiFi throughout the house. The 3 bathrooms, 1 features a jetted bathtub for ultimate relaxation. We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with games, which made our downtime even more enjoyable. We also really appreciated how responsive and helpful the owners were—they quickly assisted us after we accidentally locked ourselves out, and it made a stressful moment so much easier. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

We came to San Diego to celebrate my daughter‘s 21st birthday. And take the grandkids to seaworld. The moment we arrived to the house EVERYTHING was perfect. I would describe this house in one word as.FUN it had something for everyone. But that lagoon pool with all the comfortable lounge furniture was amazing. In my opinion, the pictures don’t do this property justice. It was a 10 minute car ride to everything we wanted to do. Our family will definitely be back.A special thanks to the HOSTS they were very responsive and answered all my questions. Even when I got myself locked out they were there in ten minutes to let me back in. Thank you again.

This was our first trip as a family as we have a special needs kiddo. I reached out to the owner and they were exceedingly helpful. They were patient and understanding with all my specific questions that we needed to plan around. Because of them and this amazing home, we had the best time filled with life long memories. If I could give more than five stars, I would. This place is pure magic.

My family and I had a great time at the rental and loved the house. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms/kitchen were fully stocked with essentials. The host was friendly and communicated the details clearly, which made check-in and check-out much easier and made our stay smooth and our visit to San Diego enjoyable. The heated pool was the highlight of our stay, of course! The slide and jacuzzi made us feel like we were at a resort. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home! :)

This was the perfect place for our family to come and reconnect. This is the most interesting property we ever stayed at. So much to do! Between the games, strategically placed TV’s and backyard Oasis, no one even wanted to leave to explore. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We didn’t arrive until late night, but they ensured we had lights and music on to greet us. We had zero issues with the property and the instructions left for how to operate the different systems in the house and backyard were accurate. We would definitely visit here again. Already trying to come up with reasons to head back.

We arrived to find the rental everything we expected. When we looked at the pool area, we felt like we were in Hawaii. The home is an excellent place for a family to stay. The adults and my two grandsons spent hours in the pool, day and evening! I can't tell you how many times they went down the slide! The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, nice large fluffy towels in each bathroom, and a kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and items in the pantry. There was even a waffle iron! I especially appreciated that because I always cook when vacationing. The location was perfect. It was 15 to downtown San Diego, and 15 to 30 mimutes to get several attractions. What I appreciated most, was that anytime I had a question, Nita was always quick with a response. This was true before our check-in date and after we arrived. Nita made up an excellent binder with information about the area and what to see, suggested restaurants, and everything you needed to know about how things work in the patio area. My family had a wonderful week celebrating my 75th in style!! I will hold wonderful memories of our time at Mulberry Ranch in my heart! Thank you Nita and Steve for opening your home, to share with families, wanting a place to create their own vacation memories!
