This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is very comfy and is within walking distance to the middle of town, Restaurant row and Rotary Park. Kitchen hosts all the necessities. Dining Room table can seat 6-8 people. Tile flooring with Carpet in the bedrooms. Indoor laundry for your convenience. Spacious split floor plan and comfortable living room with plenty of seating. Flat screen TV's in living room, Primary Bedroom and 2nd bedroom. King bed in the Primary Suite with Shower. Queen bed in 1st Guest bedroom. 2nd Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a Futon. Full guest bath. Nice covered patio with BBQ, plenty of table/chairs and couches to enjoy your morning coffee. Nice quiet street. Covered parking available in the carport.The backyard is fenced, except the carport wall to the backyard. Cable TV and Internet included.
