This house was a great stay! It was close to our destination for kayaking and close enough to the Swanee River Park. The grass needed to be cut. We played corn hole in the yard so it made it a little difficult to not get water after the rain. We would stay again when we go back!

Hi there, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay..However it does state in my ad that there is to be No parties and only 6 guest.. which obviously you choose to overlook..Grass mowing has been difficult with the continuous rains we've had..

Had a great weekend.
Place was nice. Had to replace a couple light bulbs and the fire alarm battery went dead in the middle of the night but necessary supplies were available at the house. Other then that everything was exactly what we wanted. Loved the seclusion.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Home base for canoeing day trips
For the price, we were very happy with our stay.
The check in process worked very well. We were given very clear instructions the day of, but never met the host.
Google maps got us most of the way, but I strongly recommend looking at the map and not just trusting the GPS.
We had to change lightbulbs in the master bedroom as soon as we arrived, and we fixed a toilet leaking from the tank midway through the week (we notified the host about the toilet). Given the price per person per night though, these inconveniences felt rather minor.
All the household appliances (dishwasher, laundry, etc.) worked well.
All in all it was a very calming place, and I enjoyed listening to the birds from the porch in the morning.
Lastly, I've been debating leaving this in the review, but there is a Trump 2020 sign on proud display as you go up the driveway. Take that information how you will.

I'm so glad you enjoyed our rental.. Both toilets have been replaced just as a precaution..Thanks
This property was the perfect place for our family to stay when our grandson had a tball tournament in a nearby city. It was clean and well kept. Messaging with the property manager was great; she answered our questions quickly. Wildlife was an extra joy.
Such a peaceful property yet close to hiking, river canoeing and springs. The house was clean and super comfy. The front porch was the best place to relax-NO BUGS! Lovely views -just sitting and watching deer and jack rabbits. Liz is quick to reply. Def recommend this location and hope to come back again! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home and property~
We enjoyed the place very much. It was out in the country and very peaceful with a dark night sky. The porch with table and chairs we used It was up a sand road quite a ways, but the road was in good condition. We traveled in a Lincoln Town car, no problem. We just spent one night before canoeing the Suwannee River the next morning. I was looking for a place with 4 beds for us 4 men, but as it turned out I slept on the couch which was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of condimentin the refriderator. II w
