We booked pretty last minute and stayed here for one night before we picked up our new dachshund puppy. The loft was so beautiful and cozy. It was the perfect place for a couples get away to spend Valentine’s Day! Not to mention the hosts were so accommodating and helped meSurprise my girlfriend by decorating the loft so beautifully for a super reasonable price (thank you Krista!). It was clean, quiet, relaxing and the bed was so comfortable. I would recommend to anyone traveling to the live oak area! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the location and the hosts! The loft is an awesome little retreat to get away from the busy city life and relax. Everything you need is only 10-15 mins away. The host is incredible. If there’s something needed or any issues, she is on it. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be back sooner than later!

Great quiet getaway

Loved our few days here in this quiet cabin feeling one with nature and away from all the hustle and bustle. In its simplicity, the amenities were great. The super comfy bed, nice little leather sofa, plush linens, and well equiped kitchen. It all felt very special and we hope to one day return again.

A quiet and convenient place to stay for a nearby event. Furnishings are simple but certainly adequate for one or two persons. Bed is comfortable. Live Oak is very close by if you need a town. Cooking is limited to a hot plate or pizza oven, so would have liked to have a microwave. Altogether a nice place and an enjoyable stay. Thanks.

Amazing property!

We really enjoyed this property! It was so serene and quiet. The hosts were super helpful with things to do in the area but we truly felt like everything we needed was right there and we didn’t need to go far! The fire pit was relaxing and the lights outside were so cool! We played games and watched movies. I think our only gripe was that the AC pointed at us while on the couch and it got kind of chilly (which isn’t a bad problem to have in the summer heat!). Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely go back again. Thank you for having us!

Our children are 7th generation Suwannee county residents. So basically, we've lived here for a while. I love to share what our little county has to offer. We enjoy kayaking, late night fires and all the wild animals here.

Why they chose this property

This property is 22 acres. Almost completely wooded and very private. It's quiet and has numerous deer, turkeys and squirrels.

What makes this property unique

Our property is only 400 sq ft... We like to say the perfect size for 2 people. I really like that you are in the "woods" but within 3 minutes you can grab something you forgot from town or have an unforgettable meal and adult beverages at The Brown Lantern or The 406.
