Nicely landscaped front and backyards. A perfect little slice of Paradise. | The Presidents Walk and Southard Court community is located in the Truman Annex Complex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located less than a half mile from one of the best beaches on the island. It's the perfect spot to decompress and let life's worries slip away, and enjoy your own little piece of paradise. quick & easy access to Duval/Old Town/nightlife/restaurants/beaches and water activities.

Great location

Great location for walking. Spotless condo. Could’ve used more info re Key West generally, the use of tv /dvd appliances, as well as amenities of Truman Annex (pool; timing for garbage /recycling pickup; location of sheets/towels). Given length of stay and price, could have supplied more conveniences: personal soap & the like; cleaning materials including dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet brushes (1 for 3 bathrooms) and cleaners. WiFi info was also incorrect - we used what networks appeared available( not the one written down,) with the password provided. We had wonderful stay in a location near everything: Fort Zachary Taylor, Truman waterfront park, old town, great restaurants (Blue Heaven delightful). Just some thoughts for how to improve. Maybe a good notebook w more extensive info (?)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I go to Key West every December to celebrate our anniversary. This was the first time we rented from Compass Realty. Upon our arrival we notice water in the hallway upstairs. The washer was leaking water. Since the washer could not be repaired Compass gave us a key to another unit a couple of doors down to use that washer during or stay and gave us a small refund for the inconvenience. We will definitely use Compass Realty again.

Perfect location for walking Key West

A lot of care went into this place. Easily our best visit to KW. A little noisy occasionally (locals/boom boom music/loud vehicle exhaust) most early mornings from a public parking lot beyond the back yard)...however we will look to staying there again. It's KW...noise happens.

Great Property & great location!

Very nice, great AC, kept us very comfortable. The master bedroom, it is about time to replace the mattress, we rolled to the middle. Some baking pans would be nice. The parking space is very tight and only 1 space is available. Bottom line it was a great stay and a very nice property!

Paradise

The residence was clean and very centrally located to Downtown. Love the place and the location. The check in process is simple and easy. If I had one thing to say it would be the limited parking. We drove our car and rented a golf cart to get around. We didn’t have a place to park it which was a bummer and we ended up returning it.

Excellent location to stay! Truman Annex is Near everything that's happening!! We enjoyed walking the island and venturing to all of the different events and activities!
