BIlly's Blue Heaven is fresh, clean and Pristine. We have updated the condo with all new paint, a new Smart Tv in the second bedroom, new additional living room chairs, new beds/linens/pillows throughout, all new flush mount ceiling lighting and all new wall switch controlled ceiling fans. Our condo Includes one private parking spot directly in front of the condo. Just a two minute walk to Duval Street and only 300 steps to the world famous Ricky's Blue Heaven Restaurant. The balcony overlooks Truman Annex 's lush landscaping and just a 30 second walk to the shared swimming pool. A short walk or bike ride to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach. One of the best beaches on the island. You are a moment from Mallory Square where sunset is celebrated every night with world class street theater. The condo is outfitted with a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, pots and pans, towels, linens, central air conditioning, off street parking for one auto and pool with close beach access. This is a "Saturday to Saturday" rental and is non smoking.

A unique feature of this property is our three bicycles so you don't have to rent! Key West is only two miles by four miles so nothing is too far away. Fly into Key West Airport and take a taxi to Truman Annex. You have THREE bikes and there's really no need to rent a car during your stay, as there's always the free trolley to get you around the island if you're not into bike riding! Big baskets on our bikes make shopping easy. Our kitchen has a blender. The bathroom has a newly remodeled freshly tiled walk in shower with dual shower heads and a rain water hand held sprayer.

One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Maximum of four guests at our condo!Gorgeous decor includes home theater sound system with Bluetooth, flat screen TV's, DVD, and a CD player.

New Year's week in Key West

We had a great time at Billy's Blue Heaven the week of New Year's. The condo was comfortable (master bed especially so) and clean. The area was very quiet even though the bustle of Duval Street is only two blocks away. The location was great for all attractions in Old Town. We enjoyed using the bikes and the kitchen. Would love to stay here again someday!

End of Summer Getaway

Loved the location. It was very close to the action of Duval Street and great places to eat. The condo was perfect for the three of us. Appreciated the washer and dryer. We were able to pack lighter so we could take home several Key West t shirts and souvenirs.

Great Choice

Perfect location in Old Town area. Walking distance to many attractions, bars and restaurants. The property is clean, well equipped and comfortable. We actually did use the bikes a few times which was really convenient. Wouldn’t hesitate at all to stay there in the future. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location! Can walk to all the main areas in Key West. Having 3 bikes made getting around extremely easy and quick if you wanted to venture farther or get there faster. Ed & Kerry's instructions, information, and communications were excellent.

Great location with bikes included

Owners were very accommodating to making changes during the pandemic. Condo is very nice with a great location and includes 3 bikes, so we didn’t need to rent a car. You can walk or bike everywhere. Key West is beautiful.

Great location for a piece of heaven

The description was very accurate, and the detailed email was perfect. We appreciated all of the little extras and major extras like having a washer and dryer in the in the condo. We made.use the bicycles and the swimming pool every day. We have stayed in Key West many times. This particular location was by far the quietest. Thank you for renting and sharing your piece of heaven with us.

Billy's Blue Heaven

This condo is perfectly situated for exploring Key West. We drove to the grocery store and to the marina, but walked out bikes everywhere else. Had a small issue with the locks (our fault). Ed had it resolved immediately. Cute place. Great balconies for a cocktail or morning coffee. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location!

Nicely equipped unit with plenty of glasses and dishware. Fans in every room, two balconies and THREE bikes. Full size fridge, micro and stove top. Internet worked great. 20 minute walk/bike ride to everything. Ed & Kerry really want you to have a great time in Key West and we did! Great communicators and available if you need anything. We would recommend them and we would definitely stay there again.

I’ve been to Key West five or six times of the last three years. This is the nicest place that I stayed so far. You have to understand Key West as it’s not a big resort i’ve been to Key West five or six times of the last three years. This is the nicest place that I stayed so far. You have to understand Key West as it’s not a big resort area. Watching most of the lodging outside of the few larger hotels are small condos and homes. Real estate in this area can go from $300-$1000 easily per square foot. So yes everything in Key West is small as it’s a 4 sq mile island. What your paying for is to be in key west and have a place to sleep and rest comfortably. If your the type to go on vacation and sit in your room don’t go to key west. We made great use of the lovely kitchen. The bedrooms were very nice and clean. This place really has everything you need. I love having a shower and then I can actually move around it as the last time I was in Key West shower wasn’t quite wide enough to bend over without hitting your head against the other wall. Having the bicycles was a money saver and awesome to be able to jump on and zip around town. Don’t bring a car to key west but just in case you do there is a parking spot in front of the condos front door. I didn’t know it till we got there but there actually a couple of beach chairs as well as a cooler. We really didn’t use any of them but it was nice to have as an option. I’ve been back two days and I’m ready to book my next trip back to stay in the same place. The location is so perfect and it is very quiet at night but close enough to walk to the party if that is your scene on duval. Ed and Kerry are great owners and renters if you have any questions or issues just call them. I had one very minor issue with the bike and they had it solved in an hour. It was great customer service even from afar.

Kerry has been a teacher for twenty years and will bring her nurturing style and ways to insure a happy vacation is had by all. Kerry and Ed were recently married in Key West at sea by a sea captain friend on The Spirit of Independence, an 80 foot schooner right here in Key West.

We bought Billy's Blue Heaven because we LOVE the restaurant Ricky's Blue Heaven and noticed that the two properties are only 300 steps apart. We are located at the GORGEOUS Truman Annex near the Harry S. Truman Little White House and just steps from The Green Parrot, Duval Street, our shared pool, and Fort Zachary State Park and Beach! We love having the two balconies!
