Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board, sleep sound machine, hairdryer, in-unit washer and dryer with starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, starter shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash, Wi-Fi (posted inside the unit), coffee maker, first aid kit, bath towels and pool towels, extra bed linens, hangers, and a laundry hamper.

The property is still under construction, and the check-in process is awkward. The power went out when we were there, and then we were unable to use the water for hours after it came back on. The host failed to provide the code for the pool area in the check-in information.

Hi Catherine, I’m sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet expectations. I do want to clarify a few things for future guests. The power outage lasted approximately 35 minutes and was a temporary issue in the downtown area beyond my control. The water took a bit longer to restore, but I was notified as soon as everything was back on, and I messaged you immediately with updates. While I understand how frustrating interruptions like this can be, I did everything in my control to keep you informed in real time. As for the pool access code, I sincerely apologize if it wasn’t clearly provided in the check-in instructions. I’ve since double-checked and updated the info to ensure no guest experiences the same confusion. This property is located in a newly constructed luxury apartment building—something I note clearly in the listing. While certain common areas are still being finalized, the pool and hot tub are fully open and operational. The check-in process is slightly different than a single-family home with a smart lock, as guests need to retrieve keys onsite. That said, I aim to make the process as smooth as possible and am always available for guidance. Lastly, I was a bit surprised by this review, as your messages during the stay indicated everything was going well. I responded promptly—always under 20 minutes—and would’ve done everything possible to improve your experience had I known you were dissatisfied. I appreciate your stay and your feedback.
