Centrally Located Bright Family Home with Peaceful Natural Views and Central A/C

Wall-to-wall windows make you feel like you're in a treehouse in our modern family home set up with toys and gear for kids ages 2–4. Large fenced backyard overlooks a natural area with a pond and walking trail below—no rear neighbors, just trees and birdsong. Feel free to use our two adult bikes with a pull-behind chariot to explore. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounge areas, plus central A/C indoors. Walkable to Pine Street, Oakledge Park, the Burlington Bike Path, breweries, and two great restaurants are within a five-minute walk. A peaceful escape close to everything. Your kids will love the swings, basement play area, toys, books, large yard, and slack-line jungle gym.

This is our main home, so our belongings will be there, but organized or tucked away!
