Our Girl Scout troop had an enjoyable time while at the house. It fit us comfortably and we were able to use the kitchen space for meals. There was plenty of space for the girls to double up in the rooms.
The house was great with 9 people, including 4 kids. They had a room for themselves. Cleanliness was good but could have been better. Mold spot on the downstairs bathroom ceiling. No window covering in the bathrooms and kitchen. We encountered several spiders/bugs.

Thank you for your feedback, Christy. I’m glad the space worked well for your group and that cleanliness was generally good. We have addressed the mold spot in the bathroom and are installing window coverings for added privacy. We’ve also scheduled additional pest control to reduce spiders and bugs. We appreciate you helping us improve for future guests.
It was a great space to train, plan and inspire. Property could use some updating, but it was spacious and felt like a home away from home. My favorite space was the screened second floor porch/sunroom. The hostess was great and took immediate response to remedy any situation that atose.

When first entering the property we notice a mildew smell and and there was only a small amount of tissue on both rolls , with no extra available so I immediately tried to reach out to Drew and ended up speaking with VRBO and told them everything that was not exceptable especially the smell of the mildew because one of the girls had asthma and I knew she couldn't be there sleeping
Better location indicator, GPS doesn’t take you to the house. Roadway to house needs repair, dirt with canal. Non existent central air. Rudimentary ways of getting air into the house, not acceptable. Swampy marshland. Only one working shower, not good for four people. One TV. We won’t be back.

The VRBO had all of the bedrooms and bathrooms that were promised, and overall it was fine for a short stay. That said, there were several issues that made it less than ideal. First, the property was a little difficult to find because the address led us to the driveway next door, so clearer directions would have been very helpful. The house itself is older and only has window-unit AC in some rooms (not all), so I wouldn’t recommend staying here during very hot weather. There were also a few inconveniences with basic amenities. The trash cans were left all the way by the road, so we had to walk out there every time we needed to throw something away. In our bedroom, only one towel was provided, and we couldn’t find any extras anywhere in the house. The host was also very limited with supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags—only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two paper towel rolls total, and two trash bags for the entire stay. One of the biggest concerns was the lack of communication from the host. Before check-in, I asked three separate times whether the house had a toaster and never got a response. That made me worry about how difficult it would have been to get help if there had been a more serious issue during our stay. The house also showed signs of age and wear, including water stains on several walls and standing water left in the washing machine.Overall, you get what you pay for. The house was okay as a place to sleep for a night or two.
This property was the most disgusting property I have ever been to. The carpet was disgusting it didn’t even look like it was vacuumed or cleaned in a year. Then showers were disgusting. Some cabinet doors and outside doors were off their hinges. The floors, baseboards, window sills were filthy. Bed linens had rust on them. Roaches were seen in kitchen. We left after 2 hours being there and rented another home. I have VRBO properties, I would fire the management company and cleaners. I made pictures of this home. The pictures on VRBO does not reflect this property accurately.
