Enjoy the sun and take a refreshing dip in the shared pool (shared with the main house). Our home features modern comforts and a well-equipped kitchen. Explore Savannah's popular attractions, including Forsyth Park and River Street, just a short drive away. We provide both professional and real-time photos from our cleaning team, ensuring you know what to expect. Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and exploration!

Our above-ground pool is shared between units, is open year-round, and is not heated. Inquire if you have questions.

Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. This charming space boasts a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. Need extra sleeping space? No worries! The living room features a cozy sofa bed for additional guests.
Head out back and enjoy days in the sun lounging in the pool!

Please note, the pool and yard are shared with the main house.
Interested in more space? Inquire about renting both!

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Had issues with water back flowing with poop in it to the shower but they acted fast and got it fixed and cleaned

Misleading, moldy, and Awful Management

I wouldn't let my dog sleep in a home managed by Patriot Family Homes. If I could leave a negative star review I would. Upon arrival it was evident that the listing for the property I rented was intentionally misleading. It showed multiple photos of another property maintained by the company, it the one I was renting. Entering the house immediately smelled of mold and the first thing you see if the window AC unit was disgusting. There was an obvious leak in the house that the owners or company decided to try to hide by painting over it. I called the company and told them of the mold smell and obvious uncleanliness of the property. The "manager" stated he couldn't do anything about it and that he didn't see any issues with the photos I provided. I was informed the best they could do is send someone out to inspect the home. I had a newborn in the home and did not feel safe to stay at this property so I had to spend additionally money on a new place to sleep since the "manager" didn't see fit for a refund. Additionally, no one ever arrived to the property to inspect it nor did the company reach out to me for an update. If you value your health and peace of mind I would rent elsewhere.
