The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all the furniture and toys back to where it was. Both Furniture inside and outside
Please make sure all the TV remotes are by the TV sets
Please put a load of towels in the wash please they take the longest to dry thanks!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Early Arrivals 4:30 PM and You must Leave by 10 AM for Check-out
No Fireworks allowed on property
No Guns allowed on property
