Many will love that we're just a stone's throw away from Tarleton's Football Stadium, making game day a breeze. So, whether you visit TSU, explore the town or simply unwind. Our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

We do offer a few unique services to our guests. The first being our concierge service. Groceries/drinks, etc can be delivered to the house prior to your arrival. All items will be set it up neatly and organized for you in the kitchen and refrigerator upon your arrival. This is a flat fee of $20 plus the cost of groceries. Just message if you would like this service along with what groceries/drinks you would like delivered.

Also offered is celebration/party set ups for graduation, birthdays, etc. We can do small arches, streamers, etc. The fee for that will depend on the type of decorations you would like. Just message me if you are interested in this service and we can get the details on what you would like.

This is a great house, especially for gameday. It is literally minutes to the entrance to Memorial Stadium. It is very clean, modern and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great house! We were in town for my son’s graduation from Tarleton and this house is in the PERFECT place! We were mere steps away from the new EECU! The host had the perfect touches to this super cute house.. comfortable beds, great open concept in the kitchen and living room, and even some welcome snacks and cold waters in the fridge! I had several questions before we arrived and she was always so quick to answer. I highly recommend this for your next stay in Stephenville!

House was clean and well equipped and access was simple enough through door keypad. Close access to TSU softball fields. Dining space very limited, 2 bar stools & 3 very mini stools at small island. Bedding was comfortable and heat/air worked through single thermostat. Kitchen appliances dated - no working ice maker/primary micro wave not functional - mini counter top provided. Step down/up to converted master bedroom and back door very high, potential hazard for elderly & toddlers. 1 TV with Roku, fine for us but some would prefer bedroom TV. Overall a nice place to stay for activities at TSU.

The house was perfect for a family of 5. The master was at one end and the two bedrooms at the other allowing the kids and us to have a bit of privacy. It is so close to the stadium that we were able to walk to and from it for the game. So convenient. Also very convenient to HEB and a bunch of restaurants. House was very clean and the custom island was huge and very nice. Sink was new too and made cleaning dishes and fruits and veggies easy. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Host was very responsive to questions. Whole experience was just great.
